LEAP to Learning (LEAP) is a student led multimedia project showcasing an individual’s learning journey towards their desired career.
LEAP – LEARN+ENGAGE+ASPIRE+PERFORM
LEAP is an interactive, fun, strength based learning experience for Year 9 and 10 students using a variety of modern technologies. Through participation in the project, students understand the importance of their education, as they develop a multimedia project of their personal choice focused on building their career aspirations and developing a career pathway based on their findings.
The project connects parents, school, community organisations, business and industry, culture and the arts. LEAP to Learning complements Stage 5 curriculum, with a focus on developing essential life and Employability Skills, enhancing student’s attitudes to formal learning and overall health and wellbeing.
