Its primary objective is to serve as a centralised hub for young individuals across the Riverina-Murray region, offering employment opportunities and resources. Based in Wagga Wagga with staff located in Albury, Griffith, Harden and Tumut, we provide our broad range of services and programs to schools, industry and community in the major centres and the surrounding rural, regional and remote areas in the Riverina Murray region.
Our management and staff work collaboratively with local business and industry, education providers, Government agencies and community organisations to provide regional people with meaningful work, career and personal development opportunities.
As Work Placement Service Providers for NSW Education, COMPACT Inc. provide workplace learning opportunities for HSC students with local business across the Riverina Murray. Employers are investing in their future workforce by hosting students in on-the-job training, allowing them to complete their Cert II qualification. Many employers have successfully sourced their next apprentice through Structured Workplace Learning.
COMPACT offers innovative programs that increase individual Employability Skills, showcase career and education pathways, address industry skill shortages and assist workforce recruitment strategies to increase the economic capacity of the Riverina Murray region and beyond.
