The Burrabinya programme is aimed at building the capacity of Year 10 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, through connection with their cultural heritage and community to develop the confidence, skills, knowledge and understanding they need to reach their full potential in employment, training and education.

Participants investigate career choices and improve their work readiness through self-investigation and practical work related activities. They benefit from exploring various education and employment pathways by participating in employability skill workshops and a variety of industry and education site visits.

Burrabinya is held each Thursday at the Glenfield Community Centre.
